This privacy policy explains how C L Coaching collects, uses, stores, and shares personal information when you visit caleblesa.me, contact us, or interact with our services.

Information we collect

Information you provide

If you contact us, submit an enquiry, apply for coaching, book a call, join a programme, or otherwise communicate with us, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, business details, form responses, booking details, and the content of your message.

Providing this information is voluntary. If you do not provide information needed to answer an enquiry, assess an application, complete a booking, or deliver a service, we may not be able to respond or provide that service.

Information collected when you use the website

When you visit the site, our website and service providers may automatically collect:

  • your IP address and browser user-agent;
  • device, browser, operating-system, and approximate location information;
  • pages viewed, links clicked, referring pages, and visit dates and times;
  • analytics and advertising identifiers, including identifiers stored in cookies; and
  • technical logs used to operate, secure, and diagnose the website.

We do not intentionally send names, email addresses, phone numbers, or other directly identifying form-field content to Google Analytics.

How we use personal information

We use personal information to:

  • respond to enquiries and communicate with you;
  • assess applications, manage bookings, and provide requested services;
  • send service messages and, where permitted, marketing communications;
  • operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website;
  • understand which content and marketing activity is useful;
  • measure advertising performance and build or exclude advertising audiences;
  • prevent spam, fraud, misuse, and security incidents; and
  • meet legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations.

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we rely on one or more of consent, performance of a contract or steps requested before entering a contract, legitimate interests in operating and improving the business, and compliance with legal obligations.

Analytics, advertising, and cookies

The site uses cookies and similar technologies. Some are necessary for WordPress, security, and site operation. Others help us understand site use or measure advertising.

Google Analytics

Google Site Kit loads Google Analytics on this site. Google Analytics may collect usage information, device and browser details, approximate location, traffic-source information, page URLs, and a client identifier stored in a first-party cookie such as _ga. We use this information in aggregated reports to understand and improve the site.

Google explains how it uses information from sites that use its services at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. You can also use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Meta Pixel and Conversions API

The site uses the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure visits and advertising performance. Depending on your browser and how you reached the site, information sent to Meta may include the page URL, event time, IP address, browser user-agent, and Meta browser or click identifiers such as _fbp and _fbc. Where a lead event is connected to a form, an email address may be normalised and cryptographically hashed before being sent for matching.

Meta may use this information according to its own terms and privacy policy. You can manage advertising preferences through your Facebook or Instagram account settings. See the Meta Privacy Policy.

Your cookie choices

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may affect some site features and will not necessarily prevent server logs or all server-side measurement. Where applicable law requires consent for non-essential technologies, we will use available consent controls and honour the choices communicated through them.

Who receives or processes information

We may use trusted providers to host the website, process forms and bookings, send communications, provide analytics, measure advertising, store business records, and deliver services. These include:

  • Namecheap/EasyWP and WordPress-related services for website hosting and operation;
  • Google, including Google Analytics and Search Console;
  • Meta, including Facebook and Instagram advertising services;
  • GoHighLevel/LeadConnector for forms, customer relationship management, bookings, and communications when those services are used; and
  • professional advisers, contractors, or authorities where reasonably necessary or required by law.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose it where necessary to provide a service you requested, protect rights or security, complete a business transaction, or comply with law.

Linked websites and embedded services

This site links to other Caleb Lesa properties and third-party services, including caleblesa.com, app.caleblesa.com, social platforms, forms, booking pages, and payment pages. Those services may collect information under their own privacy terms. We do not collect card details directly on caleblesa.me; payment providers process payment information on their systems.

International processing

Some providers process or store information outside New Zealand, including in the United States and other countries. Those countries may have different privacy laws. We select established providers and use their contractual and security safeguards where available.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected, including providing services, maintaining business and tax records, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal obligations. Retention periods differ by record type and by the settings of the service provider holding the information. Aggregated or de-identified information may be retained for longer because it no longer identifies an individual.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal information from loss, misuse, unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your rights

You may ask us to confirm whether we hold personal information about you and to provide access to or correct that information. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to request deletion, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or receive a portable copy.

To make a request, email sales@caleblesa.com. We may need to verify your identity. Some information may need to be retained where required by law or for legitimate legal and security purposes.

If you have a New Zealand privacy concern that we cannot resolve, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner.

Marketing communications

If you receive marketing email from us, you can unsubscribe using the link in the message or by emailing us. We may still send non-marketing messages needed to provide a service or respond to a request.

Children

The site and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 through this site. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our services, providers, or legal obligations change. The current version will remain available on this page with its last-updated date.
